What makes you feel like this?
Are you feeling...
My "vocation" is to help people feel better about themselves. As a divorced mother of two, I have experienced the "What now?" feeling more often than I care to think about. I reached mid-life and had both the responsibility and the opportunity to reinvent myself, to discover again who I am and why I feel the way I do, and to try to follow my true life mission. Much of what I teach are the tools I've found to apply in my own life. I've also learned from performing organizational change management at Eli Lilly and Company, and I have presented seminars at many other organizations and corporations, inspiring personal and spiritual growth in Central Indiana for 15 years. I'm an "Expert Author" for ezinearticles.com; I've been interviewed by the New York Times, and my work has been read in national publications such as PanGaia Magazine. In Inward Quest, I write most of our workbooks, and am a licensed facilitator of the "How Much Joy Can You Stand?" workshop.
Douglas McCordMy life work is providing profound learning experiences that help people achieve a more satisfying life, in order to make my community a more enjoyable place in which to live. I had the good fortune to go through two years of intensive training with a man whom I believe to be one of the premiere personal growth writers and trainers of our time, Bill Reidler, the founder of the Global Relationship Centers and a protege of Rudolph Dreikurs, the renowned Adlerian theorist. I also lived for a year in Asia, which gave me a balanced perspective on Eastern and Western philosophies. As an instructor, manager, and center owner with Global Relationship Centers, I helped change the lives of hundreds of people in three countries. I have a concentration in behavioral science from the US Military Academy at West Point, and a master's in business and organizational behavior. I have presented my findings on solutions to stress to the Department of Defense, trained both officers and enlisted members of the US Armed Forces, and taught information technology as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and MCSE. I develop much of the hands-on portions of Inward Quest's workshops, and enjoy working one-on-one with people in our seminars.
You may have heard the old saying, "No one can make you feel something without your consent" and thought (as I did), "What a load of hooey! When someone (ticks me off, hurts my feelings, disappoints me, etc.), I may be the one having the feeling, but THEY made me feel it!"
But I will tell you, when I first heard about the concepts I teach in this course, it was like a 1000-watt spotlight going off inside my brain, and a fountain of joy erupting in my heart. That sounds corny, I know... but it truly was the most amazing "Ah-HA!" moment of my life. All those years I'd spent beating my head against one brick wall after another, and the core concept was that simple! (Of course, as is often true, APPLYING the concept does take practice.)
Trust me... if you're at ALL curious, if you're skeptical but open to the possibility of learning, come to this workshop and let me share my "Ah-HA!" with you.
After all, the best part of this workshop is the price!
It's very difficult to explain our workshops on paper, on a website, or even by talking about them. You really have to experience them to understand how fascinating this kind of personal growth work can be, and how profound an experience you can have. If we share a free "preview" we are describing our work far more effectively than any flier, article, or web page can ever do.
The core concepts upon which we base our workshops are often new to people. Most of us have believed that our feelings "just happen" to us. Giving people time to absorb these concepts through a brief seminar allows us to spend less time explaining and more time applying ideas at our retreats.
We're not doing this to get rich and famous; we're teaching these concepts because we both feel "called" to do so. We believe this is our life work, the reason we were put on this planet in this place and time. And the more people we can get to understand these basic concepts, the better chance humanity has to evolve to the next stage... whatever that might be!
Our dream is to make our community a more emotionally satisfying place to live by teaching people these concepts. This workshop costs you no money and very little time. We believe that you are worth far more than that, and we hope you do too. Please, help our dream and yours: click here to register today!
P.S. If you know of a company or organization that is looking
for speakers for their meetings, won't you call or send us an e-mail
and let us know? We think these ideas are so important that we're not
only wiling to offer them for free, we're willing to bring them to you,
wherever you are.
Namaste ("The divine within me greets the divine
within you"),
